Personal Use License

This is what you get when you buy or claim a template on Inkbun. It is short on purpose. Downloaded files are yours to keep. The 90 days is your online editing window.

What you may do

• Edit the template — text, colors, photos, patterns — as many times as you like within the 90 days.
• Download the finished file up to the number of times shown above, and print it yourself as many times as you want.
• Use what you print at your own events: a birthday party, a wedding, a classroom, a shop window in your own business.
• Make up to 5 separate designs from one license — one crown per child, for instance. Duplicates count, and so do designs in your trash.

What you may not do

• Resell, share, give away or redistribute the file — printed or digital, free or paid, on a marketplace or in a group.
• Sell what you print, or print on someone else’s behalf as a service. This is a personal-use license; if you need to sell finished goods, write to us.
• Share your account so that other people can edit or download. A license belongs to one person.
• Extract the artwork, fonts or patterns to use in something else, or upload the template to another design tool or print-on-demand service.
• Claim the artwork as your own, or register it as a trademark.

When it runs out

After 90 days the design stops opening for editing and the download button stops handing over files. Nothing you already printed is affected, and the files you already downloaded are yours to keep — what ends is the online editing, not what you made with it. Your designs stay in your library; buying the template again gives you a fresh 90 days and a fresh set of downloads on the same license.

The same is true when the downloads run out before the days do: you can keep editing, and buying the template again resets the count.

Refunds

All sales are final — we don’t offer refunds for change of mind. If something isn’t working — you can’t download, a file is faulty, or it doesn’t match the description — contact us at support@inkbun.com and we’ll fix it or refund you.

Nothing here limits the rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.

The artwork stays ours

Buying a template buys the right to use it under these terms. The artwork, the patterns and the templates themselves remain the property of Inkbun and the designers who made them.

If you break these terms

We may end the license. We would rather ask first — most misuse is a misunderstanding about what “personal use” covers, and the answer is usually yes.
