Terms of Use
The rules for using Inkbun. What you get with a template is a separate, shorter document: the Personal Use License.

Who may use Inkbun
You need to be at least 16 to have an account (13 in countries where that is the threshold). If you are younger, a parent or guardian can hold the account and let you design.
Your account
You sign in with Google or with a link sent to your email address; there is no password to lose. An account is one person’s — the designs, the licenses and the downloads on it belong to whoever holds the address.
You can delete your account at any time from your account page. That removes your profile, your designs, your licenses and every file you have stored with us. It cannot be undone, and any license you have bought goes with it.
What you make
Your designs are yours. Text you type, photos you upload and arrangements you make belong to you, and we do not claim any right to them beyond storing them so you can open them again. The templates, artwork and patterns you build on remain ours — see the license.
Do not upload anything you do not have the right to use, and do not use Inkbun to make material that is unlawful, hateful, or that sexualizes children. We will remove it and close the account.
Buying
Prices are shown on each template’s page. A purchase grants a license with 90 days of online editing and a limited number of downloads; the files you download are yours to keep — the license page has the numbers.
All sales are final — we don’t offer refunds for change of mind. If something isn’t working, we will fix it or refund you; the refund policy says how.
Printing at true size
Our files carry real physical dimensions and print at true size when your printer is set to 100% (not “fit to page”). We cannot control your printer, your paper or your scissors, so we cannot promise a particular finished result — what we promise is that the geometry in the file is correct.
Availability
We may change, add or withdraw templates. A template you have a license for stays openable for the rest of that license even if it leaves the shop — the record you bought is kept with your license, not looked up in the catalog.
The service itself is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of faults, and we are not liable for indirect losses — a party that went differently than planned is not something we can be responsible for. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
Changes to these terms
If we change them in a way that matters, we will say so before it applies to you. A license you already hold keeps the terms it was granted under.
